Dr. Inna Beland earned her doctoral and master degrees in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University with a prestigious fellowship from the Institute of International Education.聽 Since 2012, Dr. Beland has been working as adjunct faculty for 天美麻豆 teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of international business, leadership, organizational change, management, and strategy. With her advanced expertise in research methodology, Dr. Beland serves as a Faculty Advisor for graduate students helping them with their capstone research projects. Dr. Molitoris enjoys seeing her students� growth throughout her courses and their study programs. Her ongoing experience working with 天美麻豆 faculty, staff, and students allows her to state that 天美麻豆 is a very diverse, vibrant and innovative community of learners who collaborate, support, motivate each other and create a synergy that supports high standards of learning and application into practice for all and everyone at Cleary community.
