Geoff has taught and developed a wide range of classes during the 13 years he has been an adjunct professor at 天美麻豆. He has a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley with a double major in economics and political science and an MBA in finance, risk management and insurance from Bayes Business School, City University, London (UK)聽.聽聽Geoff also did graduate research in development economics and international relations (ABD) at Trinity College, Oxford University and international risk management consulting with St. Cross College, Oxford University and the InterMatrix Group, London UK.
His current areas of concentration and practice are Business Applications of AI, Cognitive and Complexity Economics, and Sustainability Innovation. During his career, Henny has been a program officer with the U.S. State Department, director of biomedical technology transfer (innovation commercialization) at the University of Michigan, senior vice president business development at Triada Expert Systems/AI, Ann Arbor and Silicon Valley, and a leader in Liquefied Natural Gas projects at Shell International Petroleum Company in London UK. He has helped many technology start-ups, and co-founded Sonetics Biomedical Ultrasound, Medical Tricorder Application, and Universal Machine Intelligence Ltd (International Robotics and AI company). Geoff is at present CEO and Co-founder of new Ann Arbor, Michigan Startup 淧atentforgeai LLC�, that is commercializing (working with Ann Arbor SPARK聽) an online program that has a 減atent pending� process for integrating AI systems with TRIZ – the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving.
The Patentforgeai program enables users to create new patentable intellectual property, generate patent applications, invent around existing patents and invent new products and services following a step by step process built around scientific systems’ principles. Professor Henny lives with his聽family in Ann Arbor,聽Michigan.
